About Me
My name is Anna Zoretic, and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Tennessee's Herbert College of Agriculture, pursuing dual majors in Agricultural Communications and Agribusiness. While I did not grow up on a farm, I had the opportunity to learn about the agricultural industry in high school, igniting my interest. That experience sparked a deep passion for agriculture, and I knew from then on that I wanted to build a career in this field.

Pursuing a dual major has allowed me to gain a well-rounded education, combining communication skills with a solid understanding of business principles. This versatile academic background prepares me to navigate the dynamic and evolving agricultural industry, equipping me with the tools I need to adapt to whatever challenges arise in my career.

When deciding to enroll in the University of Tennessee, I was unaware of what to expect but happily surprised. During my time as a student, I have been able to take any opportunities I have been given while also being given an environment that encourages learning and self-growth. Not only have I been able to take on internship and research opportunities, but I have grown in a way that has allowed me to have the courage to try new things without the fear of failure.

I am a driven and curious individual who thrives on exploration and wants to learn continuously. While I have yet to determine the exact path I want to follow within agriculture, my goal is to contribute meaningfully to the agricultural community, particularly in ways that support agriculturalists and agribusinesses across the United States. Whether through innovative solutions, effective communication, or business strategies, I am committed to helping the agricultural industry grow and thrive.
